About the Role

We are looking for an engaged IT & Technology Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience to join a company delivering services to clients in the public sector. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and presenting qualified candidates for technical roles, while collaborating closely with the recruitment team, consulting managers, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify candidates through networking, LinkedIn, job postings, and passive search.
• Build and maintain candidate pools for technical competencies.
• Drive the sourcing process from initial contact to candidate presentation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and client contacts to understand requirements and expectations.
• Ensure sourcing complies with client requirements and applicable laws and regulations (e.g., confidentiality and procurement rules).
• Document processes and contribute to improved working methods and tools.

Your Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment within IT/technology.
• Experience working in the public sector or a solid understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and requirements (e.g., public access to information, confidentiality, procurement).
• A strong networker who enjoys building relationships and initiating contacts.
• Self-driven, proactive, and experienced in managing own processes as well as working in a team.
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written Swedish; English is an asset.
• Experience with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), ATS, and recruitment processes.
